Chicken curry banane ka tarika (चिकन करी बनाने का तरीका) Hindi mein.aaj ham apko chiken curry banane ke tarike ke bare me batane jaa rahe hai.

Chicken curry banane ka tarika Samagri (Ingredients):

Samagri (Ingredients):

  • 500 grams chicken (मुर्गा)
  • 2 large onions (बड़े प्याज)
  • 2 tomatoes (टमाटर)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (दही)
  • 2-3 green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
  • 1-inch piece of ginger (अदरक का टुकड़ा)
  • 4-5 garlic cloves (लहसुन के कलियां)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (जीरा)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala (गरम मसाला)
  • 2-3 tablespoons cooking oil (खाने का तेल)
  • Salt to taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)

Banane ka Tarika (Method):

  1. Sabse pehle, pyaaj ko kaat kar barik slices mein kato aur tamatar, hari mirch, adrak, aur lahsun ko bhi barik kat kar alag rakh do.

  2. Ek pan mein tel garam karo. Jab tel garam ho jaaye, usmein cumin seeds daal kar bhun kar tave ke upar rakho.

  3. Ab ismein pyaaj dal kar bhuno jab tak woh golden brown na ho jaaye.

  4. Ab usmein tamatar, hari mirch, adrak, aur lahsun dal kar mila do. Sab ko saath milakar bhuno jab tak tamatar gal na jaaye.

  5. Ismein turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, aur salt daal kar mila do. Sab masale ache se mix kar lo.

  6. Ab ismein chicken dal kar usko acche se mix karo aur 5-7 minutes tak bhuno jab tak chicken ka rang badal na jaaye.

  7. Ab dahi ko beat karke ismein daal do aur use acche se mix kar lo.

  8. Chicken ko dhak kar dhimi aanch par pakne do aur 20-25 minutes tak ya jab tak chicken pak kar tender na ho jaaye, paka kar.

  9. Jab chicken gal jaaye, garam masala daal kar achche se mila do.

  10. Ab aapka chicken curry tayyar hai. Ise garama-garam roti, naan ya chawal ke saath serve karo.

In English:-

First of all, cut the onion into fine slices and also finely chop the tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and garlic and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds in it, fry it and keep it on the pan.

Now add onion and fry till it turns golden brown.

Now add tomato, green chilli, ginger and garlic and get it. Mix everything together and fry till the water gets dissolved.

This is done by adding turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix all the spices well.

Now add the chicken, mix well and fry for 5-7 minutes until the color of the chicken changes.

Now beat the curd and add the wheat flour and mix well.

Add the chicken and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken becomes tender, cook.

When the chicken gets cooked, add garam masala and mix well.

Now your chicken curry is ready. Serve it with gram-garam roti, naan or rice.
